As of 26 August 2024, the new Right to Disconnect laws came into effect, supporting employees in maintaining a healthy work-life balance by disconnecting from work outside of standard hours.

We have been committed to these principles since 2020 through our Communications Protocol. This protocol clearly outlines that staff can entirely focus on personal time, with no expectation of responding to emails or phone calls, before 8:00 am or after 5:00 pm on weekdays or weekends.

We are dedicated to promoting a positive, balanced work environment and ensuring that all staff can disconnect and recharge outside their working hours.
