12th Annual Piano Competition Hits the right notes
On Wednesday, 28 August, Peter Moyes Anglican Community School (PMACS) proudly hosted the 12th ASC Piano Competition.
238 registrations were received from 11 of our schools, including digital entries from Trinity Anglican College, NSW, and Georgiana Molloy in Busselton, WA. Students competed across seven categories, each reflecting the core values of the Anglican Schools Commission, with performances adjudicated by four expert judges.
The competition featured 11 live morning heats and four digital heats, with winners progressing to the final concert. Congratulations to Emily Saito-Noble from Peter Carnley Anglican Community School, who emerged as the competition’s overall winner.
A heartfelt thank you to the student pianists and their teachers, the four adjudicators, and the PMACS student helpers and staff, whose hard work and dedication made the event a resounding success.
