Aboriginality UNIT

In traditional Aboriginal society, human culture and the natural environment are intimately linked to one another. The natural world and human life have a common spiritual ancestry. The unit seeks to help students explore and understand the implications of a traditional Aboriginal understanding of connectedness to country. Where possible, the unit should be developed to include input from local Aboriginal elders or representatives. Some information has been provided on Noongar spirituality. This may need to be adapted depending on the location of your school.
