Introduction to the Bible

This unit aims to develop an understanding and appreciation of the authorship, content and structure of the Bible. The lessons seek to expose students to the story arc of the Bible, address principles of interpretation, questions of reliability and ask some deep philosophical questions about the nature of truth. It would be good to allocate some lesson time at the end of this unit to free reading of the Bible. This would allow students to read parts of the Bible that interest them.
